Micro-needling
Skin imperfections and acne scars are a thing of the past with micro-needling.
Micro-needling is an established and very effective method for reducing skin imperfections
such as acne scars, large pores, redness and pigment irregularities, e.g. on the
face. Mechanical stimuli are used to stimulate the natural
collagen production in the treated region, which then evens out the
skin imperfections.
The procedure therefore acts as a stimulus and the body's own repair processes then take place automatically over the next week without any
further intervention. This means that no foreign substances are used in micro-needling. The treatment can be carried out on the face but also on any other part of the body
. An anaesthetic cream is applied before the procedure.
3-6 applications at intervals of 4-6 weeks are recommended.
There is a downtime of approx. 2-3 days after the procedure.
