Medical Microneedling

Medical microneedling - also called collagen induction therapy - is an effective treatment for firming the skin and refining the appearance of the skin in the area of the entire body.

After careful cleansing of the body parts to be treated, an anaesthetic cream is applied and left on the skin for 60 minutes. Then the skin is treated with fine sterile needles.

The finest needles cause a stimulation of the cells, which cause a new formation of collagen fibres and lead to a refinement of the skin's appearance via an increased cell metabolism. The skin's appearance already shows an improvement after the first treatment. Depending on the individual skin condition (age, sunbathing), several treatments are necessary to stimulate the formation of new cells. After the treatment, the skin is red and swollen. We cool the skin and apply a skin-soothing cream and sunscreen before you leave the practice.

Redness and swelling of the skin may last 2-3 days. You should avoid direct sunlight for the first 7 days after treatment. Sunscreen with SPF 50 should be applied during the entire treatment period.

Duration: 90-120 minutes, 2-3 days no sports, 1 week no sauna
