Outpatient surgery

In our practice on Kurfürstendamm we perform outpatient operations. Under local anaesthesia we take skin samples to confirm the diagnosis, we remove malignant skin changes and benign, disturbing skin changes at your request.

Depending on the extent of the procedure, we need 30 to 60 minutes for this. After the operation and assuming you are feeling well, you will then go home. The first dressing change takes place after 1-2 days. The stitches are removed after 8-14 days.

Until the stitches are removed, we ask you to protect the operated area from water. Sports activities should be limited to protect the wound and the scar. After the removal of the stitches, the scar should be protected from UV light and should not be exposed to strong traction forces.

Appointment duration: approx. 30-60 minutes, 1st control examination after 1-2 days, thread traction after 8-14 days
